Ingredients
- 1 cup of unrefined cocoa butter
- 1 cup of Magic Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup of cream base or distilled water
- 3 tablespoons of lecithin
- 3 capsules of vitamin E
- Fragrant essential oil (optional)
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in the MagicalButter extractor and secure the lid.
- Set the temperature to 71°C and press the 2 Hours/Butter button.
- Sterilize suitable containers in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Pour the body cream into the prepared sterilized containers. Allow to cool completely before closing.
Note on the recipe
Cocoa butter comes from the vegetable fat fiber of cocoa beans. It acts as an excellent barrier and retains the skin’s natural moisture. Although it does not completely cure stretch marks, it is an excellent preventive measure. It is a very effective ingredient in the treatment of very dry skin. The best time to use this body cream is after a shower, when the skin is still moist.
Body cream with cocoa butter should be stored in the refrigerator and used within two months, as it does not contain any preservatives. Unscented cocoa butter is ideal for those who do not like its natural scent but still want to enjoy its benefits. Adding fragrant essential oils will give your cream a floral scent.
