Where we deliver
THC Vape Stores ships orders across the United Kingdom and to selected European countries. Because the legal status of hemp-derived products differs between countries, we can only dispatch to destinations where the products you order can lawfully be received.
- United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. If your address is in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, or is a BFPO address, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can deliver.
- Europe: selected EU and EEA countries. Before ordering from outside the UK, check that the products you want are legal to buy and receive where you live. We cannot deliver to countries where they are prohibited, and parcels refused or seized by customs cannot be refunded. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, ask us before you order.
Delivery costs
Delivery is free on orders of £500 or more. For orders under £500, any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order, so you always see the full amount before you pay.
Dispatch times
Orders are normally processed within one business day. Orders placed before 2 pm (UK time) on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2 pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next business day. Where you pay by bank transfer or Revolut, dispatch times count from the moment your payment has been received. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock we will email you before dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Adverse weather, strikes, customs checks and peak periods can add time. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Age restriction
All products on this website are for adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the person receiving the parcel is also 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age before dispatching an order and may cancel an order where we cannot verify this.
Discreet packaging
Orders are packed in plain outer packaging with no product description or branding visible on the outside.
Customs, duties and taxes (deliveries outside the UK)
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, duties or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
Missing, delayed or damaged parcels
- If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery time (UK) or 15 business days (Europe), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, keep all the packaging and email photos to info@thcvapestores.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Parcels returned to us because the address was incomplete, or because the parcel was not collected from the depot in time, can be re-sent for an additional postage charge or refunded minus the original delivery cost.
Product-specific shipping restrictions
Certain product types (for example items containing lithium batteries or liquids) may be limited to specific postal services or destinations under carrier rules. If your order cannot be sent to your address by the usual service, we will contact you before dispatch.
