Ingredients

1 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 cups RAW cocoa butter
10 g decarboxylated plants

Preparation

Melt the coconut oil and cocoa butter together in a pan.
Once melted, pour the contents into the MagicalButter extractor and add the plants.
Set the temperature to 71°C and the time to 2 hours.
After two hours, pour the mixture into your preferred molds and let cool overnight.

Recipe for making suppositories - filling the molds

Water bath

Pour water into a pot and place a stainless steel bowl or small saucepan on top so that it does not touch the bottom (classic bain-marie).
Place coconut oil and cocoa butter in the bowl and allow them to melt slowly.
Add the crushed plant and maintain a temperature of around 70–75 °C.
Heat slowly and stir for 2–3 hours.
Then strain through a cloth or fine sieve and pour into molds.

Even heating and minimal risk of overheating or destroying the active ingredients.

Using a slow cooker

Mix all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
Set to the lowest temperature (usually around 70 °C) and cook for 2–3 hours.
Stir occasionally, then strain and pour into molds.

Ideal for larger quantities — keeps the temperature stable

Small pot with thermometer (manual control)

Use a regular pot, but measure the temperature with a kitchen thermometer.
Heat to a low temperature (up to 75 °C) and watch the mixture so it doesn’t burn.
After 2 hours, strain and let it set.

You can also do this on a regular stove, but you will need to check it more often.

Extra tips

You can use silicone molds (e.g., for ice cubes or mini muffins).
If you want the mixture to be thicker, add a little beeswax.
Store the suppositories in the refrigerator or freezer, wrapped in paper or foil.
