1. Who we are

This website, thcvapestores.com (“the Site”), is operated by THC Vape Stores (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@thcvapestores.com or our contact page. Our registered business details are available on request by email.

By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the recipient of the order is 18 or over. We reserve the right to request proof of age, to cancel any order where we are not satisfied that the customer is an adult, and to refuse future orders.

3. Products and legal compliance

  • Products sold on this Site are intended for adults and are sold for lawful use only. Products described as hemp-derived are supplied on the basis that they comply with the legal limits applicable in the United Kingdom. Where a lab report (Certificate of Analysis) is available for a product, it is shown on or linked from the product page, or can be requested by email.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure that the products you order are legal to possess and use in your country, region or locality. We do not accept liability for orders placed to destinations where the goods are restricted.
  • Our products are not medicines. Nothing on this Site is medical advice and no statement should be taken as a claim that a product can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, speak to a healthcare professional before use.
  • Vaping products can contain substances that are not suitable for everyone. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel impaired.

4. Product information

We make every effort to describe products accurately. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary. Cannabinoid content, weights and volumes are as declared by the manufacturer and shown on lab reports where available. Small variations between batches are normal. If you need a specific lab report before ordering, contact us.

5. Ordering and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We send an acknowledgement email automatically; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and email you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error is identified, payment is not received, we suspect fraud, or we are not satisfied that you are over 18. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is free on orders of £500 or more; for smaller orders any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment methods currently offered at checkout are bank transfer and Revolut; the payment details and your order number as the payment reference are provided when you place the order. Your order is prepared for dispatch once payment has been received. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

Please only send payment using the details we give you on the order confirmation or through our official contact channels. We will never ask you to pay a third party or to buy gift cards or vouchers as a form of payment.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, destinations and estimated timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel within 14 days, the hygiene exception for unsealed goods, and how we handle faulty items are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. We may limit quantities per customer.

10. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

11. Intellectual property

Content on the Site (text, images, logos, guides) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

12. Website use

You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape content or place orders. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by your failure to follow product instructions or applicable law.

14. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their home country and may bring proceedings there.
