How to Store THC Cartridges and Disposable Pens Properly

Storage is the difference between a pen that lasts months and one that clogs in a week. Light, heat and orientation are the three enemies.
The golden rules
- Store upright so oil stays on the coil, not in the mouthpiece
- Keep at 15-21°C – never in a car, windowsill or bathroom
- Keep in the dark: UV degrades THC into CBN and flattens flavour
- Keep the original child-resistant tube on when not in use
How long does stored oil stay good?
Properly stored, a sealed cartridge keeps most of its potency for 6-12 months. You will notice slow darkening and slightly heavier flavour – normal oxidation. If oil separates into layers or smells sour, retire it.

No. Condensation and thickened oil cause clogs. A dark cupboard is ideal.
